About HMCounselling

At HMCounselling, we provide caring and professional support to clients via Telehealth. 


Hannah Casey is a passionate and highly experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers) and an approved counsellor with Victims of Crime NSW.  Hannah uses evidence-based therapies to work with her clients and helps them cope with a range of mental health and relationship issues. 

Hannah also specialises in workplace mental health, including group psychoeducation and workshops. 


We understand that seeking counselling can be daunting, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the process.

The cost of an individual online counselling session at HMCounselling is $170.  To be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $87.24 please see your GP to obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan and request a referral to us.  Please note some private health funds also offer rebates.


Clients approved for counselling under the NSW Victims Services Counselling Scheme are eligible for free sessions.

A typical counseling session at HMCounselling lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.  Please note that evening appointments are available. 

Our therapist Hannah can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, and more.  Hannah also consults in workplace wellbeing and provides group psychoeducation.
